As part of our improvement works our operations will be suspended between 3:00 am and 6:30 am local time on Saturday September 5, 2020.

The following products and services will temporarily be unavailable during the shutdown;

  • All Akbank credit and debit cards
  • All ATMs
  • Akbank Mobile *
  • Akbank Internet
  • Our POS devices at Akbank member workplaces
  • Banking transactions made at our Customer Communication Center

We kindly ask you to take note of the following issues prior to the interruption scheduled for the specified date and time.

  • Withdraw cash in advance to meet your possible cash needs during these hours.
  • Reschedule transactions for before, or after these hours for your previously planned investment, foreign currency purchase or money transfers, etc..
  • If you are a member business owner, kindly inform your customers that they will be unable to use Akbank POS devices, or Akbank credit and debit cards during these hours.

Once our work is completed, you may resume performing all of your banking transactions as before.
