Divide your expenses into installments whenever you wish. You can divide all your expenses into installments using your credit card.

With your credit card, you can divide your expenses into installments to be paid later.

Have you made noninstallment purchases with your credit card but want to divide your expenses into installments to be paid later? It’s very easy to divide them into a maximum of 18 installments with the Axess Request Installments feature.

You can Request Installments via the following:

Juzdan
Akbank Mobile and Internet
Customer Contact Center

Following your application, an SMS containing a code will be sent to your mobile phone number registered in the Akbank system. Please text the code you received to 5990.

You can log in to Akbank Mobile or Internet with your customer number or Akbank credit card details. If you don’t have an Akbank Mobile or Internet password or don’t remember it, you can get it right now by clicking Get Password.

You can divide your purchases for 50 TRY or more into installments before your account settlement date regardless of whether the business is an Axess member via the following:

1. Juzdan

2. Akbank Internet following the steps: My Cards -> Installment/Postponement -> Installment

3. Akbank Mobile following the steps: Credit Card Transactions -> Installment/Postponement -> Installment

4. Customer Contact Center at 444 25 25

You can take advantage of installment options of up to 18 months for purchases made without an installment plan.
No fee is charged for Request Installments transactions.
The Request Installment feature is only available for transactions in TRY.
The cash limit is a maximum of 25,000 TRY for the sum total of the following products: Installment Advance, Cash Advance, Installment Debt Transfer, Instant/Scheduled EFT/Transfer from Credit Card and Sending Money via BKM Express. The total current debt for these products cannot exceed 25,000 TRY.
