Akbank B Type Money Market Fund
This fund is designed as a cash management tool for investors. The fund, which offers the lowest risk of any fund, is an alternative to Overnight Repo and seeks capital preservation in TL terms with a positive return above the rate of inflation. The fund invests in a combination of Repo and Turkish Government Debt Securities with a maximum of 180 days to maturity as part of a portfolio with an average maturity not to exceed 45 days.

The fund invests at least 51% of its portfolio permanently to government or corporate fixed income instruments and the weighted average maturity of its portfolio should be between 25 to 90 days. The fund does not include equities or other high risk instruments in its portfolio. It is alternative investment tool to O/N repo and seeks capital preservation with a positive return above inflation. It is recommended for investors preferring low risk levels and considering to invest in TL for a short period of time.
