The Private Customer Arbitration Board of the Banking Association of Turkey was established in order to examine disputes between private customers and banks, being a member of BAT, regarding banking services in a fair, objective and transparent way and to build consensus between relevant parties. Related to this process, customer first makes application to bank for his/her complaint.
