Axess Cardholders Buy Now and Pay Whenever They Wish!

With the Request Postponement feature, Axess Cardholders do not postpone their wants and needs. Be it a single or an installment purchase, you can make the payment whenever you wish with the Request Postponement.

You can Request Postponement via:

• Via Axess Mobile, or
  
• Via Akbank Internet or Akbank Mobile, or
  
• Akbank Telephone Branch.

Following your application, an SMS containing a code will be sent to your mobile phone number registered in Akbank system. Please text and send the code you received to 5990.

You can log in to Akbank Mobile and Internet with your Axess Cardholders number or Akbank credit card details. Unless you have an Akbank password or remember it, you can get it right now by clicking Get Password.

• You can postpone the payment of your single or installment purchases above TRY 50 before your account settlement date either at
  1. Akbank Internet following the steps below:
  My Cards > Installment/Postponement > Postponement
  or at
  2. Akbank Mobile following the steps below:
  Credit Card Transactions > Installment/Postponement > Postponement
  or by calling Akbank Telephone Branch at 444 25 25
• No fees are charged for Request for Postponement transactions.The Interest amount/Total interest rate is, excluding taxes and funds, is 5,16% for postponement of 1 month, 6,77% for 2 months and 8,34% for 3 months. You can postpone the payment of your purchases up to 3 months later.
  
• Request Instalment is only available for transactions in TRY.
