Plumbing Service

In many parts of Turkey, you can call your Personal Assistant about any plumbing problems in your home, and he or she will have repairs made free of charge.*

*The aforementioned service (dispatching a plumber to the customer's residential address, providing standard equipment, and covering labor costs, for a maximum of 150 TL per incident) is provided a maximum of 3 times per year. Costs that exceed this limit will be borne by the customer with repairs to be made only after prior approval by the customer. In the event that the customer does not approve the additional costs, the repairs will be made within the scope of coverage, and no repairs will be carried out that exceed the coverage. Repair of any items which are unrelated to sanitary plumbing, faucets, and other equipment within the customer's residence; compensation for and repair of damage occurring due to any kind of wetting, leakage, seepage, etc., even if stemming from damage or breakage caused by plumbing; repair or replacement of all electrical home appliances, white goods, heaters, and filters connected to sanitary plumbing, as well as equipment costs arising due to repairs or replacement of sanitary plumbing fixtures; repair of plumbing throughout the building in which the customer's residence is located, or to plumbing or other equipment found in third-party residences, even if this passes through the customer's residence, as well as compensation for and repair of damage occurring due to this damage; and unblocking of or repair to drainage/sewage systems are not covered by this service.

Electrical System Service

If you have any kind of problem with the electrical system in your home, call your personal assistant, and he or she will have it taken care of free of charge.*

*T​he aforementioned service (dispatching an electrician to the customer's residential address, providing standard equipment, and covering labor costs, for a maximum of 150 TL per incident) is provided a maximum of 3 times per year. Costs that exceed this limit will be borne by the custom​er with repairs to be made only after prior approval by the customer. In the event that the customer does not approve the additional costs, the repairs will be made within the scope of coverage, and no repairs will be carried out that exceed the coverage. Repair of any kind of item which makes use of the electrical system within the residence (lamps, sockets, fluorescent lights, outlets and electrical switches); compensation for and repair of damage, including that stemming from damage to the electrical system, to any kind of electrical home appliance or device; repair of all electrical home appliances, white goods, heaters, ventilation systems, etc., or repair of any damage resulting from drops or spikes in voltage; repair of electrical systems throughout the building in which the customer's residence is located, or to electrical systems or other equipment found in third-party residences, even if this passes through the customer's residence, as well as compensation for and repair of damage occurring due to this damage are not covered by this service.

Window Repair

In many parts of Turkey, if one of your windows breaks, your glazier is there to help!*

*In the event that an exterior window in the customer's residence is broken for any reason, the aforementioned service (dispatching a glazier to the customer's residential address, providing standard equipment, and covering labor costs, for a maximum of 150 TL per incident) is provided a maximum of 3 times per year.

Locksmith Service

If you get locked out, don't panic! Call your Personal Assistant, and receive free of charge locksmith service.*

​*In the event that the key(s) to the customer's residence is lost, forgotten, or damaged either by accidently or as a result of theft, in order to provide access to the customer's residence, the aforementioned service (dispatching a locksmith to the customer's residential address, providing standard equipment, and covering labor costs, for a maximum of 150 TL per incident) is provided a maximum of 3 times per year. Costs that exceed this limit will be borne by the customer with repairs to be made only after prior approval by the customer. Materials costs due to production of an additional key or the changing of a lock are not covered by this service.​

How can I make use of my privileges?
