Compensation Policy

​Our bank uses labour law no 4857 dated 22.05.2003 as a reference in determining the compensation policy for its employees.

In this context; ​

Severance pay, if employment contract is terminated in one of the conditions mentioned in the labour law no 4857, when the employee has a certain seniority payment is made to him/her or in case of an employee's death, it is made to his/her legal heir based on the article no 14,24,25, based on his/her employment time and salary.

Termination pay, In accordance with article 17 of labour law no 4857, it is paid immediately or with a notice of termination, giving permission to find a new job in the termination period.​​
