*All appointments can be made on weekdays between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Requests made after 5:00 p.m. on weekdays will be handled on the following workday and scheduled for the desired time and date. Appointment requests which are made on weekends, official/religious holidays, or other holidays, will be handled on the first workday following the holiday period; the customer will receive confirmation once an appointment has been scheduled for the desired time and date.

Free Dental Care Service

​Another advantage of the World of Personal Privileges is free dental care at partner institutions in many regions across Turkey. To benefit from this service, just ask your Personal Assistant to make an appointment.

    Other services and further sessions can be purchased on the basis of list prices provided by the Turkish Dental Association.*

The free services listed above will be provided free of charge to customers who are members of the World of Personal Privileges, a maximum of 1 time per year. Services purchased after the initial use, and all services related to dental health, will be provided according to the Turkish Dental Association's list of base prices.​

Flu Shot

Take advantage of our free flu shot service to protect yourself and your family from the flu. For information, or to make an appointment, you can call your Personal Assistant 24/7.*

*Flu shots are provided for free a maximum of 1 time per year. A maximum of 4 people from a single family sharing the same surname may take advantage of this service. Customers may only apply to a partner institution for vaccination. Any examination or additional services are not covered. Customers and/or their family members who are unable to have a vaccination performed for any medical reason (immunodefici​ency, high-level allergic sensitivity, organ transplant, cancer treatment, etc.) are not covered. In the event the customer and/or the customer's family members are not in suitable health for a vaccination, or do not wish to receive one, they may not request that the cost of the service be paid to them, or transfer their right to receive this vaccination to any other individual. The institution performing the vaccination procedure bears sole medical and financial responsibility for any discomfort or disability that might be caused due to this procedure. Customers may only take advantage of this service between September 1st and December 31st.

Healthy Nutrition Service

Members of the World of Personal Privileges can benefit from our Healthy Nutrition Service at many dieticians throughout Turkey; the initial consultation is free, while further sessions are offered at a special discount. A Second Medical Opinion

Contact your Personal Assistant 24/7 to take advantage of our Second Medical Opinion service in conjunction with medical institutions with special expertise in various critical illnesses located both throughout Turkey and in countries including the United States.

​*Limited to 1 (one) visit per year per episode, for a total of 3 (three) episodes. The following critical illnesses are covered by this service provided that they are at an advanced stage and have undergone a specific course of treatment: Metastatic Cancer, Organ Deficiencies, Alzheimer's Disease, Parkinson's Disease, HIV Infections, Cardiomyopathies, Spinal Cord Tumors and conditions requiring surgical/procedural treatment, ​Multiple Sclerosis, Cardiac Valve Diseases, Pediatric Neurosurgical conditions, Pediatric Cardiac Diseases, Strokes, Cancer, Kidney Failure, Blindness.

For illnesses that do not appear in the above list of critical illnesses, a Second Medical Opinion may be scheduled on the basis of the decision of a medical team. This decision is based on the principle of considering cases for which there are insufficient health facilities within the Republic of Turkey for the illness or illnesses in question. In order to take advantage of our Second Medical Opinion service, a detailed discharge report from the doctor who treated the customer and the results of all examinations are required. When necessary, Akbank reserves the right to request other information and documents needed to prepare the report. For the initial Second Medical Opinion, the customer will not be asked for an exemption or to make an additional payment. Second requests by the customer for a Second Medical Opinion for the same medical condition will be taken into consideration; however, the customer will pay a service charge for an additional Second​ Medical Opinion.

How can I make use of my privileges?

In order to take advantage of the World of Privileges, all you have to do is be a Akbank Kart Cardholder and have at least monthly 200,000 TL or the equivalent asset under management (TL / Foreign Exchange Time Deposit – Checking Account, Investment Fund, TL / Foreign Exchange Treasury Bond / Government Bond / Eurobond or Stock Certificate) at our bank​​​
